| Job Description | Responsible for • Comply with all safety legal requirements/standards of Consumer durables and Home Appliances products manufacturing Industry. • To organize and conduct safety training programs for all employees. • Train and educate the workers on the job oriented safety requirements. • Inspection of Tools and Tackles. • Monthly HSE Report preparation • Hazard analysis, Risk assessment and Job safety analysis • Internal quarterly audit • Issuing, Revising and implementation of work permit system. • Selection of PPE as per ISI Standards • Instruct and train concerned personnel in the handling and storage of materials. • To ensure availability of adequate fire extinguishers inside the factory premises. • Conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance to Work Permit, PPE, Housekeeping and other general Safety requirements and report all non-compliance for corrective action. • Ensuring Safety of men, materials, equipment and healthy environment and maintain the safe working condition in site. • Participating with the client to investigate the accidents / incidents to determine the root cause and to recommend the preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrence. • Supporting the Project Management in ensuring the HSE compliance as per the Clients HSE requirements. • Monitoring the permit to work system through Hazard identification assessment. |
| Desired Profile | Bachelor degree in Engineering with 4 - 7 years experience in Industrial HSE experience. Diploma in Safety preferable. |
