Job Description	Project Manager: In this role, the candidate will be responsible to manage the SONAS (Scale out Network Attached Storage Product) project for multiple releases for IBM India Storage group. S/He will be responsible apply understanding IBM’s NAS portfolio including common features and functionality, implement IBM’s Integrated Product Development process and deliver SONAS line items, as per product/release commitments. SONAS Project Manager will ensure commitments are met, mitigation plans are in place if needed to meet successful product releases. Works with WW Development/Test/Support teams to deliver the requirements, tasks/action items, defect closure etc). Project Manager will be involved in RTC User Stories creation, planning, Test Driven Development and Planning, setting up miletstones per iteration, crisp tracking/reporting, closing dependencies, risk planning as per Agile Methodology Years: 8+ Years (At least 3+ years as a Project Manager) Education: Degree in Computer Science/Engg. PMP or related Project Mgmt Certification Project Management (Planning, Status Tracking/Reporting, Risk Mitigation, Defect Tracking, Execution) Agile and Iterative Software Development/ Scrum Master Storage Domain Applications (SAN, NAS, Virtualization, Cloud Storage) Content Management Databases like CMVC, Rational Tools like RTC Communication, Collaborative Influence, Organization/Planning Object Oriented Languages, Deugging Tools, Data Analysis C/C++/JAVA/Shell Scripting Unix/Linux
