- Digital design development of automotive exteriors and interiors
- Working in Design Studio
- Interaction with designers and engineering groups
Key responsibilities
- Developing Class A surface models as per MSIL Class A standards
- Digital styling of Automotive exterior and interior
- Developing Styling concepts from sketches, renderings, scan and designer’s inputs
- Developing Class A surface models from scan data incorporating engineering requirements & criteria
- Developing CAS and CAD models using Alias and UG-Shape studio
- Making CG models using Alias, Showcase and Maya (optional)
- Interaction with engineering groups, functional knowledge of team centre
- Timely completion of projects assigned as per product schedule

- Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience in live projects
- Experience with OEM, Tier-I companies, consultancies (OEM deputation) preferred

- Good grasp of digital design techniques
- Result oriented and should be able to deliver the time bound projects
- Ability to handle multiple agencies and should be able to give effective solutions to team of designers
- Ability to arrive at solutions, meeting designers and engineering requirements
- Plastic and sheet metal tooling knowledge
