Job Description | Key Responsibilities includes: 1. General Knowledge of LA Act. 2. Plan, schedule & execute land acquisition activities 3. Knowledge of Land schedule preparation based on ROR 4. Liaison with villagers & district administration to ensure timely possession of land. 5. Rate negotiation & obtaining acceptance of villager 6. To carry out all necessary survey required for land acquisition 7. Preparation of Family Tree, SES & Preparation of entitlement Matrix. Please Note: Selected candidates would be working on MCCL payrolls and job location (Orissa) |
Desired Profile | 1. Graduate/Post graduate with prior experience in land acquisition 2. Experience in land acquisition in the state of Orissa will be added advantage. 3. Should have minimum work experince of 6 yrs in LA |
