Job Description	Strategic Business & Client Management: •Providing strategic focus on the supply chain business to the organization· Managing contracts from international suppliers for our fortune 50 clients · Responsible for Sourcing Deliveries & Managing Operations · Negotiating contracts, RFP and RFI’s · Interaction with presales department and providing technical expertise. · Responsible for exploring of new avenues and managing YOY targets for the current accounts •Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys for constant process improvements.•Team management•Client Management Background of outsourcing industry especially with supply chain for five to eight years in following activities: buying, commodity management, component engineering and materials program management. * Multiple domain experience would be preferred (FMCG / Retail / Pharma / Manufacturing) * Operations management * Onsite/Offshore management * Experience in ERP system (complete lifecycle) * Management capability * Ability to stretch significantly * Ability to motivate and inspire * Strong leadership skills * Excellent communication * Relationships and contacts in US/European Industry
Desired Profile	Excellent experience in process, business & sales management. * Demonstrated experience in business development skills. * Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to complex business/ supply chain problems. * Proven expertise in compiling and producing presentations. * Demonstrated skill in relationship management. * Participated in the development and solutions to critical client issues. * Strong management capabilities in dealing effectively with customers. * Engage with the client in broader discussions of the business situation Operations: Experience in the service/solution companies providing outsourcing services in the area of supply chain/procurement to fortune 1000 companies is preferred. * Strong understanding and experience with demand and supply chain technology solutions preferred. * Experience in all aspects of business including marketing, operations, business development and technical service is preferred. * Transition/Transformation expertise.
