Sr. Manager - Finance for MCCL (A JV of Tata Power) Orissa

Job Description	1. Financial closure of projects worth Rs. 1000 Cr. & above 2. Consolidation of accounts & signing of accounts 3. Exposure to IFRS 4. Taxses 5. Vetting of tender/ contracts documents from the the point of finace.
Desired Profile	1. Ensure proper Project Accounting, Closure, Capitalization, WIP etc. 2. Prepare related Ledgers & prepare relevant accounts. 3. Monitor Project budgets & ensure cash flow & right project expenditure allocation 4. Perform pre audit vetting for all contracts 5. Handle internal auditors. 6. Ensure compliance to lender’s convents. 7. Scrutinize commercial terms and price of all tenders & monitoring of vendor payments. 8. Implement IFRS 9. Be responsible for statutory payments 10. Ensure correct MIS for the management 11. Assessment of economics of project.
