Job Description	Responsibilities will include : • Documentation for Audits • Ensure zero breakdown of plant machines and utility area equipments. • Preparing progress Reports, schedule on construction work and reviewing monitoring contract work. • Preparing contracts for invitation of Bids, vendor shortlisting, prequalification evaluation and selection of vendors •Coordination with architects and & Structural consultants •Evaluating and recommending appropriate building and construction material •Responsible for all renovation and maintenance activities
Desired Profile	Looking for appropriately qualified civil engineers with 5 to 8 years of experience in API/Bulk Drugs projects in pharma industry. This position is based at our unit at Kurkumbh near Daund (Pune).
