Profile Summary:

The job profile includes, Financial Modeling, report writing on various asset classes including instruments in bonds, fixed income and debt. The individual will be required to Undertake a number of analyses including business analysis, industry analysis, capital structure analysis, ratio analysis, debt covenant analysis, risk profiling and analysis and analysis of off balance sheet exposure equity, creation of M&A related documents including pitchbooks, information memos and also other analytics based reports such as financial newsletters.

 Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling,
• Research Reports on various asset classes including Fixed Income Instruments like Bonds.
• Creation of M&A related documents including pitchbooks, information memos
• Good Knowledge of Excel Modeling and Valuation Models.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Functional knowledge of various data extraction tools such as Bloomberg.
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Work Experience of 0 - 3yrs in Credit & Investment Research, Financial Modeling and Valuation is preferred.
