Job Description

Responsibilities
- Security ( multi Locational)
- Housekeeping
- Repair and maintenance of premises.
- Repair and maintenance of office equipments.
Requirements
- Candidate must be minimum PG in any discipline.
- If he has technical qualification that will be an advantage.
- He must have at least 5 year experience in handling following functions.
- Age (28 - 35 years)
- Must have links in govt depts like labour dept, Pollution, electricity, MC, police etc.
- Must have analytical mind to analysis estimates as well as processing of bills.
- Knowledge to maintain upkeep of off site ATMs
- Good in maintaining MIS of various locations.
- Well versed with lotus notes, MS office.
- For Srinagar, Preference to candidates of Srinagar valley area.
- Must be aware about safety and security processes.
- If he is aware about ISO, it will be advantage.
