Must Have Hands-on experience of Performance testing using industry standard tools like Performance Center, LoadRunner, IBM Rational Performance Tester, JMeter etc. Must Have Excellent performance scripting, debugging, monitoring, diagnosing, performance test execution skills. Experience in Software Quality Assurance and having a thorough understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC. Good inter-personal communication skills and should be good team player.

Job Description

Understand product / application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios along with Test Environment preparation. Design business scenarios and transactions for Performance testing. Create Performance benchmarking framework and design for automation. Develop and review flows for creating automation scripts as per approved business scenarios. Develop and review automation scripts as per automation flow. Mentor and train other team members in automation techniques and tools, scripting languages and script development. Conduct peer reviews for scripts created by others.              Setup test data for performance testing. Analyze results from the run and prepare scorecards. Analyze potential performance issues provide analysis report. Designing performance test scenarios and work load models Knowledge of Linux/Unix and at-least one more Operating System (Windows/Solaris/ AIX) and ability to measure server statistics for any of these Oss Knowledge of Network and database. Knowledge of at-least one JVM and DB analysis tool
