Job Description | Customer Management : * Understanding and Meeting Customer Expectation * Proactive Engagement to maintain a relationship with customers * Planning based on customer needs * Design and drive the Implementation Plan for Timely Delivery * Key focal point for recruitment escalation process and ensuring all cases are resolved satisfactorily * Responsible for TCE for the Team * Provide management level consultancy and advice in all recuitment matters * Work closely with line managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive sourcing plans External Engagement : Responsible for driving new sources for Hiring Developing External Vendors for sourcing Build and maintain sourcing network Market Knowledge and Developing Market Analysis Project Management & Delivery : * Drive and be responsible for all Projects within the team * Responsible for all documentation within the team * Responsible for all Knowledge Transfers within the team * Responsible for timely delivery of services * Responsible for designing Mitigation Plans for delivery * Develop and implement a plan for meeting the sourcing plans Process Improvement : * Develop & Drive Process Improvement Measures * Drive continuous process improvement * Develop mechanism to create and maintain Knowledge Base Functional Expertise : * Responsible for Business Understanding * Understand business needs set right expectation with business |
Desired Profile | Experience : * 7-9 Years of HR Experience * Atleast 4 years of Staffing Experience * Worked in a strong Service Level Agreement environment * Strong industry network of candidates and recruitment vendors * Customer centric with focus on delivering recruitment solutions tailored to business requirements * Demonstrated experience in partnering with other HR/business functions to successfully deliver recruitment targets * End-to-end recruiting and sourcing experience, including program management Education Background : * Full Time MBA (HR) from a Premier Business School Skills & Knowledge : * Excellent Communication Skills * Excellent Negotiation Skills * Excellent Customer Management Skills * Excellent Networking Skills * Good Inter Personal Skills * Demonstrated team leadership and personal effectiveness with the ability to grasp new technologies * Hands on approach to achieve recruitment target * Highly networked in the recruitment market * Resourceful and creative mindset to develop and execute on the recruitment plan * Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems preferred * Knowledge of talent assessment methodologies * Understanding of relevant employment law and its application * High energy and self-directed - ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency * Strong Presentation Skills |
