Responsibilities
- Sourcing
- Source profiles from the Job portal.
- Organize for mass Line up for bulk requirement.
- Supervising and scoring written tests for candidates,
- Handle Consultant and Candidate enquires on interview schedule, status on offer etc
- Co- ordination
- Coordinating for Interviews with Line Managers
- Ensure receipt of complete hiring documents from Line Mangers/candidates
- Coordinating with line and HR Operations team for Pre-employment Medical Test. Coordination with employees during HR initiatives like Open forum, Parichay etc.
- Send out mentor mentee introduction mail.
- MIS
- Maintain and update following
- Offer tracker, Campus Evaluation Database
- Profile Tracker ,Vacancy Tracker, Courier Database, Exit tracker, Parichay Database, Engagement Trackers, PIP trackers etc
- Others
- Dispatching Parichay Cards to all the new joinees every month
- Coordinating with all the vendors for raising the bills & also in timely settlement of bills.
- Maintain all the Stationery requirement for the HR team
- Follow up for any data required by the region.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): "Recruitment", "Good Communication", "MS Office".
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
