Job Description	Ensure site uptime as per circle KPIs. Review process of PM and break down maintenance activities for efficient working of infra facilities. Review and analyse the outages, carry out a root cause analysis and draw action plans with timelines to eliminate outages. Review and analyse the repeate failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeate failure. Work out replacement & upgrade equirements for all sites to accommodate increased site tenancy. Endure timely execution of replacement for expension and improvement in uptime. Develop procedure and systems for effective PM and breakdown activities. Ensure optimum deployment of resources for minimum MTTR incases of any breakdown. Ensure availability of enough tools, measuring instruments and equipments to carry out O&M activities effectively. Develop vendors for proper PM and faster resolution of infra issues as per agreed SLA. Develop processes for monitoring and control of vendor performance through proper validation of activities carried out by vendor. Train and develop O&M team for effective and efficient working. Coordination with SCM and Finance team for AMC, R&M activities, Vendor payments, Access issues resolution and replacement procurements. Certification and processing of vendor invoices for timely payments. Coordination with Deploment heads for quality of I&C work and taking over the sites. Coordination with site owners and estate management team for resolving the site access issues. Preparing MIS on Uptime, Opex, replacement Capex and other operational expenses. Ensure implementation of fault management process to reduce MTTR. Liaison with various regulatory authorities such as pollution control borad and municipal corporations to resolve day to day issues. Ensure implementation of safe working practices in the circle. MIS reporting to HO as per schedule.
