Job Description	We are looking for a dynamic and talented .Net Web Developer to help us (London based Team) to develop and deliver a wide range of high profile and standards compliant web projects (both for internal and external clients).In this pivotal role you will engage in system design, development and implementation utilizing .NET 4 (ASP.NET, C#) and SQL Server technologies. The role will involve taking an active and leading role in the development of new software solutions and so requires the ability to understand the business problem, to work independently, think creatively, consider alternatives, and suggest solutions. Part of the job will involve maintaining and improving our current in-house products. We are a small team so need a flexible and energetic individual who can adapt to the changing needs of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well known financial services group and to enter the industry with little financial background.
