Job Description	S.No Job resposibilities 1 Generate trackers to monitor the enery consumption at appropriate frequencies to have effective control on enery cost. 2 Carry out root cause analysis of high energy consuming sites and develop action plan to reduce the energy cost. 3 Ensure EB availability on maximum sites by proper liaison with Circle EB team. 4 Control and development of vendors through regular meetings and process monitoring of diesel filling vendors. 5 Coordination with deployment team for site electrification and quality of power available for use at site.. 6 Opex reduction through energy conservation and optimum utilisation of available resources. 7 Monitoring and analyses of Energy Reports and draw action plan for circles for Energy Cost Optimisation. 8 Training need identification of ZTMs/ CI and technicians for optimum utilisation of power and saving of DG run hours by using wide range PIU and or other means. 9 Planning for utilities upgrade for meeting the targets for higher tenancy ratio. 10 Monitor and control EB disconnection issues and bring EB disconnection to Zero level. 11 Develop systems for energy conservation by deploying non conventional sources of energy. 12 Monitor and analyse the energy cost / site per tenant to reduce OPEX 13 Implement an appropriate Reward and recongnition syatems for best enery saving Zone / Cluster in circle. 14 Proper validation of EB and Diesel Filling bills as per standard diesel and power consumption norms. 15 Liaison with EB and regulatory authorities for getting support in regular O&M activities. 16 Minimising the Diesel / power theft cases by developing appropriate checks and balances in the monitoring syatems. 17 Standarise the Diesel and power consumtion norms for various sites with different BTS combinations 18 Carry out a cost benefit analysis for deployment of Wide range PIUs, AVRs and other energy saving equipments.
Desired Profile	A techno managerial person who will support Head of Energy at corporate office in driving Energy Management & Accounting across infratel circles. Develop and implement the procedures for optimum utilization of energy, analyze the current energy usage and deploy measures to achieve cost optimization. Implement energy efficiency drives; promote operational efficiency improvement solutions which will reduce overall energy cost. Facilitate implementation of Energy saving Initiatives in co ordination with Technical team. Facilitate recovery of Energy charges from the telecom Operators by providing commercial / Technical support concerning Energy cost.
