Responsibilities
- Managing Recovery Agencies.
- Hiring Collectors for Agencies.
- Driving the agency & its collectors to meet its target.
- Meet agency targets
- Ensure Discipline & compliance is maintained by the agency.
- Liaison between the agencies & the bank for billing & commission etc.
- Ensure Bank policies are adhered by the agency.
Requirements
- Required skill- Team Management,Good Product knowledge.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- MBA/ PGDBM degree.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
