Job Description	Candidate would be responsible for  Manpower and Resource planning  Stakeholder Analysis and Management  Project planning for Ramp ups and new business  Reporting and database structuring for MIS function  Billing  RFP responses to prospective businesses  Responsible for Analyzing and adjusting staffing to maximize efficiency and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). Responsible for Managing staffing ratios and seat utilization/optimization to goal. Identifying the opportunity to generate more revenue for the organisation by augmenting overtime based on high call\contact volume. Bandwidth usage optimization. Capacity Plan for right sizing of campaigns Forecasting, Staffing and Scheduling for all Inbound, Outbound and Back office campaigns. Multi-site handling of WFM team across sites
