EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS-
Graduate OR  MBA / PGDBM


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE-
3-6 yrs of experience in Sales in Telecom / Retail.


POSITION SUMMARY
Acquire sales through Modern Trade & Maintaining healthy trade relations with Modern Trade chain outlets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Driving Prepaid Acquisitions through Modern Trade Partners

• Increase revenue by promoting E-pins, Vouchers and Vas sales.

• Quality acquisition by reducing gross barring, ZAT and AV negative

• Tie up with local retail chains to increase the number of outlets and hence increase the overall numbers.

• Revenue maximization through Device & EVD+RCV sales.

• Gross subscriber additions, ARPU & ASP improvement and activation of new accounts/ stores.

• Doing new tie-up with retail chains and driving prepaid activations and recharge business from the retail stores.

• Recruitment and training of promoters to be placed at the high footfall outlets.

• Organizing training programmes for the store managers, giving them latest product information and acquisition criteria. Devising weekly schemes for the store managers to increase the output
