Job Description	• Leading a team of 5-10 members in Mumbai – a mix of Java developers, .NET developers and QA analysts. • Liaise with London-based developers, project manager, QA manager and management. • Closely work with Analytics staff (London or Mumbai-based) to develop new requirements and enhancements. • Create of technical documents based on analysis of requirements and functional specifications • Design and develop applications, components, and services • Create "proof of concept" prototypes of proposed software solutions. • Work with London-based Project Manager and software leads for delivery estimates, project status, and issue tracking • Work with London-based Quality Assurance Manager to develop test plans for the completed system • Troubleshoot and debug functional and performance problems • Mentor colleagues
Desired Profile	The following experience is essential:  Technical skills: • Degree educated in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Science or Computer Science): essential • Strong background and commercial experience of C# and ASP.Net, HTML, CSS (5+ years) • .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0 and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) • Working experience of Java and J2EE • Strong background in software engineering (e.g. design, testing) • Microsoft design patterns and practices • SQL Server 2005/2008, Integration Services, Reporting Services • TFS • Web architecture, Web Services, and N-tier • Ability to quickly assimilate new and complex technologies and concepts – interest in the business application • Excellent written and verbal communications • Strong commitment to build a strong, performing team, and deliver reliable solutions  Leadership skills: • 5 – 10 years experience of leading/coaching small teams • Demonstrable experience of managing small projects • Experience of working with a remote office, or with external clients
