IBM invites L2 tech support professionals with 2 to 4 yrs experience

Job Role : L2 Technical Support Associate (100% voice process)

- Provide Technical solutions to the external customers via Remote Desktop

- Experience in OS installation and troubleshooting - windows 2000, XP and Vista

- Knowledge and experience in Networking

- Experience in troubleshooting for Blackberry preferred

- International voice process experience with excellent communication skills
