MIS & Reporting

Responsibilities
  • Will be responsible for the MIS processing and delivery of reports allocated.
  • Ensure timeliness & Accuracy in reports delivery as per scheduled deadlines.
  • Own and run processes required for reporting.
  • Automate existing manual reports.
  • Automation of various procedures in the report generation process.
  • Identifying gaps in the reporting process if any and effecting a solution for them.
  • Constantly identify reporting needs of the Key stake holders that will assist them with timely information to take business decisions.


Requirements
  • Should be smart and have good technical hands on experience.
  • Person should be comfortable working with numbers and understand data trends.
  • Have excellent number crunching skills.
  • Logical and analytical thinking.
  • Good communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn a new domain quickly.
  • Self motivated team player capable of working independently.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Should be organized and have a systematic approach.
  • 3+ years experience in Operations/Technical experience on MIS processing.
  • Experience in industries like Banking and Insurance, Financial services, ITES/KPO. etc.
  • Graduate/Post graduate. Prefer in the field of Computer science and IT background.
  • Excellent Knowledge of:
  • SQL
  • MS Word, Excel
  • Foxpro
  • MS Access
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS
  • Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:
  • Experience of working on Business Objects/Crystal
  • Data Integrator
  • DTS
