Job Description	Position: Reporting Analyst Location: Bangalore The Reporting team will take responsibility for : The quality of CA (Custer Administration) data and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations to minimize liabilities and provide reports as and when required. Collaborate with all groups involved with CA(e.g. Global Product Administration, CRM Data groups) to ensure that the impact of any changes is fully understood and catered for. Provide management reporting both regular and ad-hoc to the regional CAs Provide compliance reporting and monitoring and work with the regional CAs to resolve any reporting issues JOB DESCRIPTION - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The work may include any of the following depending on the region the role is responsible for: 1. Extract data from reporting databases in order to produce a suite of reports for the regional CAs. 2. Perform top-level and in some cases detailed analysis to the suite of reports and distribute the reports or post the reports on the Intranet as necessary. 3. Carry out data reconciliations and control reporting - includes follow up with regional OMS and other groups as required to ensure any discrepancies are resolved and the CA compliance regulations are met. 4. Escalate any reporting issues be they internal or external to regional CAs. 5.Collaborate with all groups involved with D&C (e.g. Global Product Administration, CRM Data groups) to ensure that the impact of any changes is fully understood and catered for. 6.Minimize liability exposure to 3rd parties and ensure SOX compliance by monitoring and resolving compliance issues working with CA staff, TPRS reporting, Exchange Agreements, and other applicable groups and applications. 7. Assist the regional CAs as necessary with preparation, outputs and follow-up for audits both internal and external. 8. Maintain regional Authority Matrices files and names on the approvers list as applicable. 9. Authorize internal user accesses and administer allocation of accesses and maintain user profiles 10. Analyze and build process improvements and simplification for regional processes that are moved to the Bangalore CA team. 11. Ensure consistency where there are specialized processes required for CA which could be carried out by different groups/functions within and outside the CA. Graduate in any discipline Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel. Experience working with advanced excel, skills including macros/automation, Business Objects, report building etc Shift work will be required to support Asia, EMEA. Desired Profile	Qualification: Customer Service & Support - CA Data & Compliance Analyst 2 - 104343 Education: MBA or Finance Degree and/with experience in a Financial Reporting / Analysis environment. The successful candidate must have proven report writing, analysis and presentation skills and experience. Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience: '1. Exposure to senior management - 1 year. 2. Excellent communicator, written and verbally. 3. Proven Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills - 3 years. 4. Proven Business Objects skills or similar tool - 1 year. 5.
