Desired Profile | Education: 3 years in Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical/scientific discipline Skill - Mandatory Excellent Telephone Communication skills Experience in the break/fix arena Experience in Remote support Analytical Troubleshooting Experience Customer Focused and Team Player Exposure to basic Storage concepts like SCSI, RAID, SAN, NAS, iSCSI etc Exposure to SAN Switches like Cisco, Mcdata and Brocade Exposure to Heterogeneous environment with different flavors of Operating systems. Exposure to Multipath software, Volume Management software, Storage management Software Exposure to Enterprise Storage and SAN, and Server environment Troubleshooting skills in SAN and Storage and in depth domain knowledge for at least 2 years to 5 Years. Preferred Hardware / Software Skills Storage: XP, EVA, MSA storage / ESL, MSL, VLS and Tape Library Solutions OS: HPUX, Open VMS, Tru-64, Windows, Linux Volume management software LVM, LSM etc... Multipath softwares: Secure Path, Auto path, MPIO SAN Management software Business continuity Software like Business Copy, Continuous Access |
