Job DescriptionDriving a business for the circle business with alongwith managing 5-6 Key Accounts.
Initiate and drive the “go to market” strategy in alignment with guidelines set by the Organisation’s Sales & Marketing Philosophy towards development of strong relations with operator companies.
Develop new business and maintain profitability of the existing business levels with the Operator companies for all relevant service areas.
Review the external environment, identify the global benchmarks, and understand the business environment & drivers for growth.
Actively interact with the Circles Operator Companies to discuss future business plans and get insight into their growth plans and financial constraints.
Responsible for Circle Sales & Marketing revenue generation, Profit and Loss.
Interacting with the customers on day to day basis and developing strong relations with them


 
Desired ProfileCapability of driving business and managing Large Key Accounts.

Ability to manage Revenue Targets

Strong Sales Acumen

Good Communication Skills

Understanding of Commercial aspects of the business.

Knowledge of J&K  Market Desired
