Job Description	Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. Understanding JD, skills sets, and the job requirements and carrying out the end to end recruitment activity. Post Job openings on Job Portals, ensure right sourcing strategy by use of internal reference through networking, Head hunting etc . Taking Interviews and Explaining the job details . Follow up with the selected candidates to ensure joining . To conduct Walk In Interview as & when required . Preparation of offer letter . Verifying all the documents submitted at the time of joining as per the company policy. Updating Recruitment MIS .
Desired Profile	Candidate Should be MBA  / PGDBM in HR Should have relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in HR .
