Job Description 

• Handling and building Team (of US recruiters)

• Knowledge on entire US Recruitment Process starting from Validation of requirements, Initial phone screen, confirming their go ahead on an e-mail prior to submission, following up with consultants after submission, Interview process and Final closure.

• Setting team goals and driving & motivating teams/recruiters to meet them every time and every month

• Hiring internal team / recruiters to grow the team as per the International (US) client / requirements& rsquo demand

• The role demands working in night shift .

end to end US / International Recruitment experience from Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling documentation and on-boarding as per International (US) & Access (DICE / Monster / Career Builder).

• Interacting with clients & meeting their expectations and goals.

• Expert in handling functions related to IT / Engineering Recruitment professionals domains on contract (W2 Hourly/Salary, H1B, C2C, 10pp)

• Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPT, EAD.
