Should have around 2 - 3 Years of IT Exposure

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Mail Clients ( Lotus Notes )

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Local and Work Group Printing

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of USB peripherals Multimedia devices

Should have experience in Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Wired and Wireless Networks , Dialup & Broadband internet.

Should have good communication skills & Good Customer interaction Skills

Should have sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Vista & Desktop HW
