Administrator will be responsible for design, configuration, testing and documentation of system architectures in a mission critical environment. Additional support includes: proactive and creative problem solving, identification of potential issues, 24x7 monitoring, recovery, preventative maintenance, diagnosing complex issues, and working with various technology disciplines in troubleshooting activities. Administrator must possess a customer service attitude, experience working in a frequently changing team environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
