May have project lead role. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience supporting relational databases as a DBA, with multiple distributed relational DBSM's or a depth and focus in Oracle and related tools. Exposure and practice at using the DBMS to optimize performance of large databases for enterprise use is preferred. Experience with an organization with a key 24 X 7 reliance on its database is desirable. BS or equivalent desired. View & Apply Job Description --------------- * Maintain and support production database for automation solutions. * Work on creating and maintaining automation solutions for the CRM On Demand product database tier * Quickly resolve database performance issues in the CRM On Demand product, as they come up and suggest long term solutions. These could involve issues with product upgrade performance, ETL performances etc.  Mandatory Skills: Technical --------------------------- * BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from a tier-I institute with a consistently good academic record overall. * 4-7 years experience in the software development industry with at least 3 years as an Oracle DBA. * Very good understanding of Oracle Database internals (10g and above) * Practical experience in database performance improvement work.
