Exp 5 to 8 years of working Experience in servo hydraulic fatigue
test rigs and fatigue data analysis
Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate in Engineering
(Mechanical or Production or Automobile)

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Devising fatigue test based on service load, customer practice , desired life and design requirements
2. Guiding engineers for effective test set up preparation
3. Using variety of data acquisition system to measure static and dynamic loads in multidirectional
4. Analysis of stress and strain data and life prediction using state of art software
5. Converting RLDA data into drive file to simulate on test rig
6. Monthly scheduling of fatigue test activities
7. Improving the productivity of fatigue lab
8. Writing test report
9. Design of test fixtures
10. Interfacing with designers to understand product and validation requirements
11. Hands on experience in strain gauging and data acquisition
12. Overall structural dynamic testing understanding is must
