Job Description	Role Overview: The role of IMS Developer is: • The design and implementation of integration solutions to meet clients Technical requirements. • Responsible for integrating and developing programs involving IMS TM and IMS DL/I using COBOL • Responsible for deep troubleshooting requests/incidents on Integration issues • Responsible for day-to-day resolution of integration challenges that arise during the Operations and Business function of the business. Technology innovation will be part of this role. • Responsible for the Implementation of SLA monitoring to ensure the business objectives are met. • Responsible for Complete analysis on client integration requirements
Desired Profile	Experience Required: 5 years to 7 years Qualification: B Tech./ M Tech / MCA degree in an IT/ Computer Science or related course is a prerequisite Must-haves  Proven experience of IMS DL/I,IMS TM, IMS Connect is must  Knowledge of IMS TM Resource Adaptor /MQ/CICS  knowledge of COBOL, DB2,z/OS  Proven experience in SQL  Knowledge of Relational Database design  Strong experience of delivering to tight deadlines in a Client Service and Operational environment  Proven capability in deep technical analysis and issue resolution  Experience in dealing with multiple teams – including 3rd party vendors a distinct advantage  Strong experience in collaborating with other teams, particularly providing feedback to Business Analysts on requirements and design  Flexible, with an ability to change focus with operational needs  Worked on end to end software life cycle Highly desirable  Knowledge/experience within the financial industry, particularly trade processing and/or corporate actions (this would be a distinct advantage)  Experience working on integration software on previous projects  Experience working with IMS DB/ DB2  Knowledge of scripting languages such as REXX  An understanding of application servers,  Experience working in an Agile development environment  Experience of working on a data migration project Personal Attributes:  Significant and proven customer service focus  Very strong analytic problem-solving skills  Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment  Strong inter-personal skills with practical, can-do approach  Relentless in the pursuit of quality and excellence
