IT Desktop Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Hardware and Software installation and troubleshooting

Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of all HP, IBM, DELL desktops/ laptops and/or servers.

Installation, Support, Administration and Management of Windows OS like XP, Vista, Windows 7, windows 2003 server etc. Knowledge of Linux is an additional advantage.

Installation, support, troubleshooting of Microsoft applications like Office, Outlook etc.

Desktop imaging and backup and recovery.

Closure of supportal calls within committed SLAs.

Helpdesk Tickets maintenance.

Troubleshooting of first level network issues.

Leading, guiding & supporting group of engineers to resolve the supportal calls.

Desktop backup imaging and recovery.
