Job Description

Requirement: 1 Female Candidate & 2 Male Candidates (MALE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TO WORK IN NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY)

Servicing existing accounts and ensuring timely.

• Delivery of edited files before TAT.

• Generating MIS reports.

• Adhere to rules governing to confidentiality at all times: Understand and comply with policies and procedures.

• Maintaining client database, coordinating with the production center & QA centers.

• Co-ordinate and ensure Quality Evaluation of the files, analyzes the results and solve discrepancies if any.

• Follow-up with customers and all activities associated with customer care.

• Act as a Coordinator between CBay, USA and the vendors in India in order to ensure smooth communication and troubleshooting during production.

• Should serve as a role model in professional attitude, knowledge, demeanor, and execution of duties.
