Education:
• Bachelors Degree in MIS or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 1 - 2 years experience supporting medium to large applications.
• 1 - 2 years experience working directly with internal and external clients.
• 1 - 2 years experience providing user support of IBM PC/Windows network custom business applications.
• 0 – 1 years eperience providing helpdesk or service desk support (highly desirable)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications; specifically EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Electronic Mail.
