Academics

· MBA from top institute or CA preferred.

· Professional certifications like CPCU, FLMI (LOMA) will be an added advantage

Essential Skills

Exposure to global insurance practices

Experience in overseas markets either in Insurance or Insurance consulting

Hands on experience in Life Insurance across the Value chain, having handled complex and very good understanding of the nuances of Life Insurance.

Knowledge of life (both risk and savings products), health, pensions, annuities and ULIP like products (variable and universal life product variants)

Managed requirement gathering from the functional side for Life companies.

- Work towards the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPI

- Work on activities like process mapping, gap analysis

- Support business diagnosis and can work on testing activities for architectures, capabilities

Good written and oral communication skills, Strong Presentation skills

Job Description

· Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps

· Business Process Management / Business Process Engineering

· Strategy / Program Management

· Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs

· Engage in activities like process mapping, gap analysis etc.

· Supervising business architecture implementation activities

· Implementation of technology within a risk area, including the implementation of MIS solutions.

· Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities

· Supervising business architecture and process design activities

· Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes

· Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures

· Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)

· Work on consulting engagements with Accenture insurance clients across the globe which in areas such as:

· Business process optimization

· Underwriting profitability analysis

· Claims transformation

· Sales and Distribution strategy
