Job Description
1.Troubleshooting of problems related to hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
2. Troubleshooting of air compressors, pumps, gear boxes, mill stands, EOT cranes,water cooled chillers and aquatherm (water heater).
3. Break down Analysis
4. Organizing preventive maintenance activities as per the monthly preventive maintenance schedule.
5. Standardization and documentation of the maintenance activities as per the TS – 16949 guidelines.
6. Thorough knowledge of tools like ERP.
7. Capability to make and understand CAD drawings
8. Should have the thorough knowledge of safety related to maintenance activities.
9. Capability for the execution of fabrication works as per the drawings.
11. Capability to carry out activities like alignment, leveling, erection and commissioning of equipments.
12. TPM activities and their documentation.
