Roles and responsibilities
• Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills
• Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles
• Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings.
• Should be able to build strong referral networks.
• Associating with the vendors for the relevant profiles for the requirements.
• Profile Database Management.
• Setting up interviews with the interview panel
. Following up with candidates till they are on-board.
