5+ Years of experience in Engineering Product Development for Medical devices - from concept generation upto transfer to production
Should have 2+ Years of experience as a lead design
Should have thorough knowledge of disposbale medical products and their manufacturing technologies
Ability to guide team in product development
Very good communications skills (Verbal and Written)
Lead a team of designers in design & development of medical disposable products
Vendor interactions on technical aspects
Exposure to CAD Modeling and CAE (Analysis) software tools will be a definite plus.
