Job Description
This position will be responsible for carrying out Production Support for the Global Oracle ERP Instance for Emerson Process Management. Requires expert skills in Triage, Investigation, problem resolution and Communication.
Skills and experience required:
Implementation experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Application modules in Release 11i.
Strong experience in Order Management.
OM, Inv, PO, Adv Pricing, Configurator, iProc, OIC, iSupplier.
35 years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 3+ years experience with Oracle 11i, EBusiness Suite in a Global Supply Chain environment.
Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations/ setups for 11i EBusiness Suite; functional module setups; profile options, flexfields, functional module interfaces.
Ability tanalyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material tend users and management.
Define future business processes around Oracle Supply Chain modules.
Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications.
Experience with Full Systems Development Life Cycle.
Provide guidance in data preparation and migration.
Work with Technical support on SR resolution
