Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) 1 - 5 Years Bengaluru/Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata

Job Description


Conduct day-to-day -Full Life Cycle- placement

Recruit US candidates via phone / E-mail

Work with Account Managers/Tier vendors to fully understand client requirements

Internal database searches and online searches

Internet postings

Referrals

Work closely with the candidates on the following:

Resumes Preparation and Formatting

Interview Scheduling

Coaching candidates on Interview Tips and Requirement

Build relationships with third party and tier vendors to build a healthy pipe line of requirements

Co-ordinate with other recruiters to see if they have any suitable candidates

Ensure Contractor retention by keeping close contact with contractors in the field



Desired Profile


Candidate with experience in recruiting IT for US staffing.

Outstanding English Written and Verbal Communication Skills is a must since all recruitment activities are with US candidates

Excellent Organizational and Prioritization skills

Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency

Negotiation Skills

Client focused and Consultant focused attitude

Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills

Candidates who are having experience / training in Call centers are preferred

Any experience of third party/Tier vendor sales experience
