We are looking for experienced IT technical recruiter with good communication skills.

Kindly note that preference will be given to the candidates who have studied throughout in English medium and have good communication skills.

Job Description:
Location: Ahmedabad or Baroda are preferred. Otherwise, anywhere in India is OK
Compensation: DOE ( Some base + commission )

Qualifications:
* 2 to 6 years of IT Technical staffing experience is required
* Experience with USA based Staffing operations is a MUST
* Willing to work in night shifts in India. 
* Experience with candidate marketing/sales is desirable.
* Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
* Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
* Temporarily be able TO WORK FROM HOME. Should have computer, internet connection and able to work from home. Preferably having VOIP phone. If not, we will provide that
* Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.
* Should be well connected with other recruiting partners/companies/vendors. Need to be able to work independently with them for resources and requirement
