IA Tax Team Leader - GPS 

Job Description
Work towards the success of Tax Equalisation Policy.

Manage daily operations related to BSR process, and ETR process.

Responsible for IA Tax operational metrics.

Ensure International Assignee Tax Operations SLAs:

Ensure IA Tax reconciliation are handled in line with Accounting instructions.

Manage Excess Tax Reconciliation process

Submit Periodic management reports,

Track & drive Escalations to closure

Conduct cross boarder meetings to enhance the IA Tax operations and resolve operational challenges

Provide direction to direct reports on the daily deliverables

Ensure Resource management, people development

Ensure Business Continuity.

Project and relationship management with tax service provider to ensure Compliance and Quality experience

Meet business control requirement.

3 to 5 years of desired experience required

Strong Accounting & Taxation educational background and work experience

Advanced Excel Skills

Priority setting – able to identify critical requirements and prioritize tasks

Strong thinking and problem solving skills – able to analyze errors/complex

Situations and identify appropriate solutions

Good learner - understand complex matrix of country-specific laws, policies and practices

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical

Knowledge of Indian Income Tax

Written & Spoken communication

MS Excel knowledge
