2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling application support projects.

4. Technical Skills: .Net/SQL, Excel, Power Point.

5. Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

6. Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills are a must

7. Strong customer and team focus

8. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary

9. Willingness to learn new technologies in order to perform the task at hand

10. Ability to understand business requirements

11. Ability to estimate and deliver on commitments
