Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

To handle and analyse Customer Service Requests and recommend timely actions and solutions to Customer Service Requests without any guidance or supervision.

To be a member of Emergency Support team and handle all emergency situations in the shortest possible time.

To analyse trouble reports with a view to answering trouble reports within contracted lead times for majority of trouble reports.

To perform quality and desk checks of corrections.

To participate and execute implementation of new application systems in the network with minimum guidance.

To participate in Technical Operational Review Meetings with customer

Qualifications

You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, knowledge.

You enjoy working with people from around the world and across customer technical staff to local authorities.

You are self-motivated, with and expand your knowledge.

-You should also have a Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least four years experience

-Experience with technical trouble shooting

-Good written and spoken English

-Candidate must have good GSM understanding.

-You should also have following skills:

Nodes : BSC ,BTS ,Transmission Nodes,Transcoders, GPRS nodes on Access Abis , Gb

Protoclos : ,557 ,BSSAP ,MAP ,BSSGP, LAPD,Frame Relay, TCP/IP,ATM

Understanding of GSM/WCDMA Calls flows
-Experience on Eicsson Systems is highly desirable)
-Exposure to Programming skills in VB ,C++,Scripting is preferred.
