  Qualifications:
  
  Candidates should possess the followings skills:
• Should have 4-8 years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 3.5 years on Oracle Apps R12/11i.
• Should have thorough experience on PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions,Workflow, Forms, etc..
• Should have worked on Financial / Manufacturing / Distribution / CRM / HRMS modules.
• Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
• Should be BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / MCA / MCM
• Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
