• Reasonable communication , Good Interpersonal Skills , Soft skills to be good to handle employees of all level
• Good in documentation and filling
• Ready to travel outside for office work – going to Labour departments etc
• Good in local language

Qualification:
MBA/BBA/Graduates with HR exp
