Job Description
Essential Experience: (Must have skills)
7+ years of experience in terms of providing technical support
Knowledge of SQL-PL/SQL, monitoring scripts, Autosys, Awk Programming ,.
Knowledge of stored procedures for reporting requests and support tasks.
Experience in handling support mail boxes,
Support tools like Remedy, Test Directors etc,
Good knowledge of the various support processes –
User Interaction,
Communicaton Self sufficiency in terms of making decisions during crisis situations
Strong communication and user support skills

• Exposure to Change management procedures within a large organization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.
• Can work well both individually or in a team by taking a collaborative approach to problem solving and delivery

•Analysis of requirements, creating Functional Specification
•Definition of Process flows, User Interface and Reports based on requirements
•Should participate in Interface Study (File and Real Time interfaces)
•Provide functional and domain related inputs for creation of Test scenarios and Test cases.
•Participate in demos and requirements discussions to prospective clients
•Provide functional and domain related inputs for creation of responses to RFPs
•Knowledge on Database especially writing SQL queries is preferred but not mandatory
•Knowledge of UML. - Use Cases and Sequence Diagrams
