Job Description
This role reports into the Head of Operations West and selected candidate will be responsible for:
Act as a liaison between manager, external or internal executives and partners
Manage and prioritize the multiple tasks that have been assigned on a day-to-day basis
Independently prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by the business
Innovatively study past reports and find out means of extracting best logical data from internal systems
Assist internal team members in presentations and summarizing reports and documents
Management reporting, dashboard preparation & Data analysis
Performing quality checks and interacting with team members for accuracy of data inputs provided
Ensuring internal systems are kept up-to-date
Desired Profile
Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience in similar roles need apply
Candidates with 1-3 years of work experience in similar roles need apply
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data reporting
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Problem solving ability.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, Mathematical formulae, Date & Time functions, Lookups, understanding of Macros)
Good knowledge of MS Powerpoint and confident in presentation skills.
Good peer-to-peer relationship and client management skills
Exposure to Six sigma / Lean tools & is an added advantage
