Desired candidate profile:
Fluent in spoken and written English
willing to work in rotational shifts
1 to 2 yrs on-field experience in Hardware and Networking

JD
Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outook Express)
Knowledge of Antivirus Software Installation and troubleshooting
Knowledge on Windows/Microsoft Updates/Patch Management.
Patching on antivirus servers, DNS, DHCP, backups.
Basics knowledge of Servers and AD/ Exchange (optional)
Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outook Express)
