Job Describtion:
• Should be able to connect with the employees at various levels
• Conducting lot of events / competitions / initiatives / road shows & regular meeting with the employees and seek their suggestions / feedback / testimonials
• Encourage employees to participate in various employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in various internal forums to develop an employee connect
• Release communications for various initiatives to the target audience
• Take decisions within the allocated budget
• Deal with the vendors to negotiate the best deals for the employee
• Stock Management for the Employee engagement collaterals
• Reporting of the employee engagement initiatives & analyse the reports to provide a summary to the COE
* BBA Passout in 2010
* 60% in 10th, 12th and graduation
* No Standing arrears

• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical ability. Also should have the ability to work and solve out of ambiguous situations
